Villa Rodinia is a modern interpretation of a traditional open-air Spanish villa with a private interior, pool, and large outdoor dining/kitchen rancho. It has 4 remote boutique hotel-style units with two bedrooms and a bathroom in each. You’ll be sharing the room with one other attendee. We’re on the central Pacific coast, just minutes away from the endless beach of Esterillos.

3. We are working on arranging transportation from San José Airport to Esterillos Oeste. It takes at least 1.5 hours to get to our villa, so please make sure to arrive in the morning or early afternoon. You can leave the U.S. late Sunday night and choose a red-eye flight.

We know it might be a daunting task to book your own flights to Costa Rica, not knowing what will happen after you landed or how in the world you’re going to get back to the airport. Here are some helpful tips to plan your trip. We look forward to seeing you there!
Once you’ve registered for the retreat, someone from our team will reach out to you and ask for your flight details. We recommend you choose a red-eye flight, leaving the U.S. late Saturday night, and arriving Sunday in the early afternoon.
Our team will rent a few cars and wait for you at a specific location inside the airport. We plan on leaving at around 4:30PM, so try to schedule your itinerary in a way that allows you to be ready at that time.
Do you have more questions about your journey? Do you want to coordinate a few more things or fly with someone else from the retreat? We’ve created a WhatsApp group for everyone to ask questions, book the flights, and coordinate schedules.
Most flights back to the U.S. leave San Jose in the late afternoon. We plan on arriving at around noon, so you can catch your flight back home. If you have a different schedule or a special request, please email us or text us on WhatsApp. We are trying our best to accommodate your needs!
